The Fronterra Village Neighborhood
The Fronterra Village neighborhood is a covenant-controlled community that is located about 1/2 mile south of the intersection of 104th Avenue and Chambers Road in Commerce City. The neighborhood is comprised of 770 single family homes and 203 town homes constructed between 2002 and 2017. The builders of the town homes were Beazer Homes (170 homes) and Triton Homes (33 homes). The builders of the single family homes were as follows:

- Lennar (73 homes)

The neighborhood is less than 1/4 mile from a King Soopers superstore and a Walgreens and is bordered on the west side by Stuart Middle School and an 18.5 acre City park (Fronterra Park). In addition, the neighborhood is less than a 30-minute drive away from the Denver International Airport.
The Fronterra Village Metropolitan District
The Fronterra Village Metropolitan District (the District) is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's boundaries wholly encompass the Fronterra Village filing No. 1 and Filing No. 2 subdivisions and the Fronterra Village Townhome subdivision. The District's board of directors are elected solely by Colorado registered voters living and/or owning property within the District. The District collects property taxes to repay the debt that was incurred in 2001 and 2007 to finance the installation of the roads, utility lines and other public infrastructure within the District.

Trash Service |

Commerce City provides weekly trash pick-up service to the neighborhood through its contractor - Republic Services. Any questions or concerns about trash service should be directed to Republic Services at (303) 286-1200.

Important Dates to Remember |
Trash pick-up is provided by Commerce City and occurs weekly on Thursday. If a holiday occurs during any given week, trash pick-up service is moved back one day to Friday.
South Adams County Water & Sanitation District shuts off the irrigation water supply between October 15th and April 15th each year. (All District residents' sprinkler systems are hooked into the irrigation water system.)
