Capital Assessment Fee The District does not charge a capital assessment fee or capital deposit on any home sold within the Fronterra Village Metropolitan District. STATUS LETTER The District DOES NOT provide status letters to title companies.All status letter requests should be directed to the Fronterra Village Homeowners Association, Inc.

Transfer Fee

The District DOES NOT charge a transfer fee on any home sales occurring within the District. However, title companies should check with the Fronterra Village Homeowners Association, Inc to see if the HOA charges any transfer fees on home sales.
